- French trimmed chicken breast in a chosen sauce. We really like, white wine bacon and mushroom, chunky tomato salsa and honey and dijon. More sauces are available upon request.
- Lincolnshire sausage and mash with caramelised onion gravy, fried leeks and crumbled black pudding
- Roasted loin of pork with spring onion mash and apple and cider gravy
- Fillet of lamb with roasted vegetables on cheesy mustard mash with lamb jus
- A trio of mushrooms cooked in a cream and white wine sauce with a hint of stilton, served with a pastry parcel
- Sliced honey and sesame seed duck breast served on creamed savoy cabbage
- Slow roasted fillet of beef served on a creamy horseradish mash with red wine jus
- Beef wellington with rich dauphinoise potatoes and fine green beans
- Poached fillet of salmon with bubble and squeak cakes accompanied by homemade chilli jam
- Roasted cod wrapped in parma ham with wild rice and a lime and herb dressing
- Asparagus, pea and parmesan risotto (v)
